Delta G.E.M.S College Application Series

The GEMS of Oakland East Bay Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. present a series of student talks aimed at increasing comfort in the idea of going to college and improving high school and college success.

Each talk will feature speakers who look like us to answer questions you may have about getting to college, being in college, and graduating from college. The dates and topics are listed below. All events start at 12p.m.

December 3, 2022 "How to Build A Great College Application"

January 7, 2023 "Ask a College Student-Predominantly White Institution"

February 18, 2023 "Ask a College Student-Historically Black College and University

March 4, 2023 "Ask a College Professor"

Virtual talks will be supported via Zoom . The Zoom link will be provided provided the week of each event so make sure you check your Eventbrite emails or check back to this page to log in.
